Can you direct me to someone who can do an appraisal on a Conquistidor Helmet? I know it is an original.

Melissa, depending on what you have you might try taking the items to an antique dealer or antiques auction. Generally they are happy to take a look for you.

Joyce- I can;t find anything exactly on your tea set but I can tell you that this was done in a style that was popular in the late 1800s to mid 1900s called Motto ware. Most often the pottery would have a popular motto or saying on it. TORQUAY POTTERY was on of the premier companies to do motto ware. Your set sounds wonderful and unique! I hope this helps a little!

i have a teapot and sugar and creamer made by joshua wedgewood. i know it is a reproduction but that was made in 1897 for a lady in the mid west. i don't know were my mother got it but i am 67 and she had it all my life. i call it my prayer pot. it has a dinner prayer on one side and another prayer on the other side. the sugar has one prayer on it and the creamer has the other prayer on it. it is blue and whitei found out that the orginial is suppose to be in the musuem in london.its on the bottom were and when it was made and by whom. i have called and written to so many people and cannot find out one thing about my teapot. there is no damage to it even after all these years. i just hope some one can give me some answers to my teapot set.

These sound like wonderful items, but to find the values you will need to contact an antique dealer in your area. LTK is unable to give appraisals.

Hi, i have the original Mrs. Harvey Firestone's dinner bell which was given to me by the daughter of the personal chauffer who drove Mr. Firestones auto and toted him around. It is bone china yellow, blue and swirls of green with a insignia that looks like mvrvta on thinside. it is completely intact with one little pea size crack in it. I also have the original book "In Nature's Laboratory with not copies , but original photos of Harvey Firestone, James Burrohs and Thomas Edison's signature . They went on a camping trip of sorts. What do you think these two items are worth?
