Carmen, Tiffany lamps were extremely popular until the early 1920s. At that point the sleek lines of Art Deco took over decor everywhere. There was a resurgence in popularity in the late 1950s and many companies began making Tiffany style fixtures. Tiffany and Co. did not go back into the lighting business, as far as I know. Nogales, Mexico is just across the border in the Sonora area of Mexico and is well known for small shops that create items to sell to tourists. My guess would be that your ceiling fixture is one of these items, created somewhere between 1958 and the present. However it would be wise for you to take it to a local appraiser to find out for sure and get an appropriate value.
