I have a Oct. 1944 Modern Screen Magazine with Capt. Ronald Reagan on the cover.. I guess its very rare and I would like to sell it or donate it.Would someone please give me advice on value or what I should do with it. Thanks

I have an invitation to a New Year's Party at the Walter Annenberg estate on Dec 31, 1983. This invitation has the following attendees listed: Ronald and Nancy Reagan, Jimmy Stewart, Bob Hope, Mr and Mrs Weinberger, H J Heinz, Secretary of State Shultz and others. I was a federal agent on a mission to protect the Weinbergers in Palm Springs. I am seeking a value of this item.
