I have an old chest of drawers that I bought from my wifes aunt 10 years ago and she told me it was an antique. I can not find any history on it although it does have a name written on the back of it that is hard to read. If I email you a picture of the signature and full view of the piece of furniture. I recommend two options - search for a similar style chair and ottoman on a site like eBay, see if you can identify exactly what you have there. If not, you can also contact a local used furniture or antique dealer. In my experience, they will often help you identify your piece over the phone.

I am trying to determine what age my chair and ottoman are. Low to the ground, square with large flat arms and the fabric is heavily textured~almost like a stiff chenille. Both pieces are pink and they are not skirted
